Acid etching machines can produce
large volumes in accurate detail.
Chemical etching: or acid etching,
as it is also known, is used to produce high quality
stainless steel, brass, or aluminium labelling in volume.
The etching technique gives sunken detail and a raised
background or vice versa. The effect is similar to engraving,
but the Process is more cost effective for larger quantities.
Etched labels: can be painted using
a selection of house colours, or matched to suit your
specific requirements. They are ideally suited for use
in corrosive or hazardous areas, because the information
will always be legible even if the paint is removed.
